Larsen and SIAC monitored material consumption closely and co-ordinated stock deliveries, plant maintenance and quality control checks.

The links, walkways and open spaces include sunken gardens, stone cobble and flag paving, quality street furniture, glazed links and landscape works.

The urban regeneration schemes at the Peace Bridge and Ebrington Square have achieved two Irish Planning Institute National Awards.
