Seal Plus 3 in 1

Larsen Streetscape Seal Plus 3 in 1 ia a water based acrylic hybrid dispersion paving sealer, sand stabiliser and protector suitable for most paving. It can be used commercially & domestically including town centres, car parks, patios & driveways.

Sand Stabilisation
Seal plus 3 in 1 provides accelerated joint stabilisation which helps prevent erosion of sand filled joints through aggressive maintenance & heavy rainfall.

Sealer
Provides excellent stain resistance to the surface of the paver ensuring ongoing cleaning regimes are quick, easy and cost effective.

Protector
Eases the effort required to remove chewing gum by greatly reducing its adhesion to many surfaces.

25L drums, 32 per pallet.

Guide only – Sand stabiliser 2m2 per litre. Protector / sealer 6m2 per litre.
